Evolving my spiritual practice has given me less stress, more grounding, and the confidence to show up more authentically as a leader in the brand design and wellness space. I have always been a spiritual person in my personal life, but when it came to my business, I always separated the two. It wasn’t until the last few years that I realized integrating it was the key to my success as a business owner.
In today’s episode, I’m sharing the importance of intertwining your spirituality with your business. Whether you’re a spiritual boss or you’re new to bringing spirituality into your business, this show is for you.
The Good: We are starting some exciting projects this week. I didn’t take on any new projects in January, so I’m looking forward to the ones that are in the pipeline for February.
The Bad: The post-Bali jet lag is real! I’m over being tired.
The Woo-Woo: I started reading Gabby Bernstein’s newest book, Super Attractor. If you’re into manifesting, attracting abundance into your life and prosperity, you will love this page-turner.
So why is spirituality important? Everything is energy. When you give off positive energy, you will get positive energy back. Like attracts like, and when your energy is at an off the charts, elevated level, you will attract more clients and abundance into your business.
I try really hard to avoid negative thoughts, gossip, and anything that is at a less-than-high-vibe level.
You might be wondering what the benefits are to establishing a spiritual practice. There are so many!
For starters, the consciousness and mindfulness you’ll develop will lower your stress levels. And you’ll also feel more grounded in your decisions and establish self-trust with yourself.
“If you think of everything as energy – money, time, people – you’re going to be more conscious of the energy you’re putting out.”
