But what if midlife isn’t a breakdown? What if it’s actually a becoming? That question wouldn’t leave me alone. After two decades in high-powered corporate roles, raising triplet sons, and navigating my own early perimenopause brought on by chronic stress and burnout, I discovered something profound: women aren’t craving more advice. We’re craving rhythm. Permission. Deep insight. True sovereignty over our own bodies and lives.
