Once finalized, your brand guidelines will include the structure for logo usage, color palette, and typography to stay on-brand while building recognition across every platform. Canva makes it really easy to refer to your brand guide to keep your graphics cohesive and aligned with your brand. 

Creating your Brand Kit in Canva:

01. Add Colors.

Under the HOME dashboard, go to “Brand Kit” under “Tools” and upload your brand colors by using the HEX code option.

02. Add Fonts.

Upload your fonts and set up the titles, subheadings, and paragraph headings. 

03. Add Logos and Elements.

Upload all logos, submarks, patterns, illustrations, or graphics that your design agency (us!) has provided in the Brand Guide. 

04. Design Your Graphics. 

Start creating your graphics for social media, printed material, and more. Remember to be consistent with your graphics, stay on-brand using your brand guide, use images that represent your brand, and keep it simple! Simple is best when design isn’t your forté!.
