Whether it’s the hum of coffee shop chatter, your favorite spotify playlist or a podcast, having that background buzz helps you get by during your work day. If you’re anything like me, you got into podcasts a few years ago after you binge listened to the first season of Serial. After I listened to that entire podcast in 3 days… I was hooked. Now, I am faithful to 10 different podcasts, waiting for the next episodes to come out each week. I listen to a variety of topics, but my favorite ones are listening to other creatives and entrepreneurs and how they got to where they are.
It’s helpful and inspiring to listen to people’s goals, both how they got there and where they anticipate to be. The podcasts below are podcasts that I listen to on a regular basis that help to inspire me both creatively and life in general. I hope this helps you too!
Make it Happen
Okay, this is definitely not the first time I am going to take about this podcast because it is my absolute favorite! Make it Happen is hosted by Jen Carrington who is a creative coach that helps creatives (like you and me) take their freelance side business to their full time job. On the Make it Happen podcast, Jen interviews other creatives and picks their brains for tips and tricks on creating your own business. The episodes are filled with inspiration and resources that will help you to go full time

You Are a Badass
So, this is not a podcast, but an audio book that will change your life, 100% gaurantee. I tell this to anyone that asks me for book suggestions or life advice, this hard core real life advice from Jen Scincero will make your dreams into plans. This is also a book, but I suggest listening to it in your car on your way to work or meetings with clients. No matter how old you are or where you are in life this is an audio book that WILL change your life for the better.
